SCE Support Coordination supports NDIS participants 7+ years of age to achieve their NDIS goals and live their best life. We are currently servicing the following areas:
Sunshine Coast
Gympie
Caboolture & Moreton Bay
If you live outside of the above areas please get in touch with SCE Support Coordination to see if we can assist. From time to time we do service additional areas in South East Queensland depending on your needs and circumstances.
As a NDIS registered business we are able to assist participants who are agency managed, plan managed or self managed.
